Who We Are
Fore Fellas is a group/an association of young people who believe in the transforming power of team work,
unity of goal and purpose, heart and resource for a common course.
OUR VISION
The Vision: To form a team of like minded fellows, who love one another and cares about their individual and collective successfully in all facet of life.
OUR MISSION
Our mission statement: To exploit the power of team work, unity of purpose, quality and oneness of heart and resource.

OUR HISTORY
This group was started in 2013, as a re-union program for the 2012 set of ECWA secondary school students, but now (since 2015,) the group has taking a dimention of coming a NGO to be registered with the government as self existing and a legal organization

The following are our core values/who we are as a team, what we believe in, our culture and the principles we live by:

COMMUNAL LIFE: we value and belief in a family life style, for a better chance of success and for a greater achievement. We are people of love, respect, honor, values, principles, integrity and dignity. We honor and respect our members, and all people with their God giving rights irrespective of gender, race, and their skin color.

VISIONARY: we are visionary, both in a long, medium, and short term, and we cover almost every aspects of life, be it mental, financial, social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and economical. In practice we focus on local communities, specific people group (i.e. the unprivileged, the deficient, the lower class, the challenged, etc.) business, education, leadership and politics, providing support, reaching out to the under developed, and the undeveloped part of our world, etc.

RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE: we take responsibility for our lives, the problem facing us (i.e. our community, our nation and the world,) and provide solution to those problems the best we can, by capacity development, financial support or empowerment, developmental services, investment, job creation, poverty a libation, provision of social amenities, networking or by preaching the good news of salvation to people. And teaching others to do the same.

STEWARDSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY: we utilize the natural, and human resource, i.e. any ability we have as people and as a group, to the best of our ability for transformation or development of our environment, and for the promotion of a better life in our communities. And we are accountable to both God and stakeholder, by being responsible for, and transparent in all we do as a group and as members.

EQUALITY:We as a group values and respect every one’s ability and potential, thereby giving them equal opportunity to utilize, invest and exercise their abilities, in building and in promoting our vision as a group, without discrimination either by gender, age, race or religion, but instead treat them equally.

PARTNERSHIP/NETWORKING: As a group, we partner with any individual, or corporate organizations both non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and Governmental organizations (GOs.) Who share the same vision as we do and that is credible and reputable, for the purpose of mutual sharing of resources, exercise of right and responsibility.

To develop our communities, career, capacity, through collective and by networking with other NGOs and GOs.

To create jobs, by establish schools, businesses, providing help, sponsorship and scholarship for the unprivileged, the disabled, the challenge, and the underdeveloped part of the country.

To provide quality and credible leaders and leadership, discipline in managerial, accounting, education, sourcing of funds, business, and to encourage effective and a productive life style through vacation and friendship development.

To encourage advocacy, equal distribution of resources, localization and allocation of resource, and equal privilege for all people group, race, genders, age and religion.

To create forums, NGOs, association among people and to provide them with training and support for better distribution, management, and accountability of resource (both Natural and human resources.) as a membership organization.

To build for ourselves a family of people with like mind, vision and purpose by pulling to gather our resources (i.e. finances, abilities, etc.) to build our future, family, community and our nation.

To be responsible people, people of values, principles, patriotic citizens of our nation and to serve it with the fear of God and to the best of our ability, by using our resources, skills to provide solution to the economic, social, educational, leadership and political, security, distribution and allocation of resources challenges.
